- We believe that the patient’s well being should always be our primary concern. Accordingly, we operate within the belief that quality health care is a basic human need and right.
- We believe that nursing is a science that exists to assist the patient in attaining an optimum state of personal health and well being. Individualized care should be performed through effective professional assessment, intervention, and evaluation of specific care requirements and implementation of the therapeutic plan of the physician.
- We believe individuals and home health care providers should move forward only as they assume and accomplish new responsibilities in an orderly manner; and each member of our staff must be dedicated to the promotion of health in all areas of human concern based on the belief that man’s totality must be considered in the healing process.
- We believe each patient admission should be based on the need for the type of care required in an environment which must be appropriate for the patient; and the type of care should be determined by the patient’s medical staff and assigned nursing personnel.
- We believe a home health care service should provide a full bilingual staff of intermittent skilled care and professional nursing services, which emphasized coordination, objectives, and quality assurance requirements of the homebound patient.
