Every Nursing Unlimited employee is meticulously SCREENED , BONDED and INSURED through a rigorous five-step hiring process. Each applicant must convincingly pass the following screening/testing protocols:
- National League of Nursing Competency
- OSHA Universal Precautions
- State Criminal History Clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
- Verification of Adequate Work References
- State Driver's Record Clearance
- Personal Ethics Screening & Testing Protocol
- Continuing education in-services for caregivers
